Don’t miss the return of Opera Night as the Stonington Harbor Yacht Club opens its 2017-2018 season with Faust, Charles Gounod’s drama of an aging scholar who makes a pact with the devil to restore his lost youth. Superstar tenor Jonas Kaufmann sings the title role with René Pape as Méphistophélès and Marina Poplavskaya as Marguerite. Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducts the Metropolitan Opera. Sung in French with English subtitles. A three course French Dinner will be served at Intermission, price is $23.95++.
